30-Day Voluntary Return Policy
BOOTHSAFE® offers a voluntary 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery of the last item in your order, without having to provide a reason.

This 30-day return period is a voluntary commercial benefit offered by BOOTHSAFE® and does not replace or limit the statutory right of withdrawal provided by applicable law.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a voluntary return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, complete with all its components and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

The cost of return shipping for the voluntary 30-day return is the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal
For consumers in the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal remains applicable. For online purchases, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery, without having to provide a reason, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by applicable law.

The 30-day voluntary return policy described above provides an additional commercial benefit and does not affect any mandatory consumer rights.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect ItemsPlease inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the product is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or other useful information so that we can assess the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

Any statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

Promotional Orders
Products purchased during promotional offers are subject to the same standard return conditions, unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you may return the product received, subject to the applicable return conditions, and place a new order separately.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

For an approved voluntary return, the refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with the applicable return conditions and applicable law.

For a statutory withdrawal, refunds will be processed in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. Depending on the payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
